Flowers are the universal way to express love!
Twigs are a florist on the Gold Coast located in Varsity Lakes. Our love of fresh flowers is boundless. Flowers are a beautiful gesture which can be used to express our thoughts and love across a huge range of situations. I saw this just recently and thought that I really wanted to share it with you all. This was written by a delivery driver in Colorado US. You can tell it comes straight from the heart

think the world would be a better place if everyone worked delivering
flowers for two weeks twice a year. It makes it easier to remember that
people might be going through hard stuff.
Today I delivered several funeral pieces. One was for a service for
an older gentleman. When I got to the mortuary a service was ending for a
30 year old man. Later I delivered flowers to someone in the business
office of a hospital. As I was leaving, a young couple was loading up
their newborns. Twins. A boy and a girl. Such tiny creatures. Life truly
does go on. Good luck, little ones. May you be kind and happy. And may
your father soon look a little less petrified.See, if you saw this stuff that I see several times a week, you might remember that you know nothing about the stranger who pissed you off so much by doing something that, in the big picture, isn't really a big deal. People don't wear signs that say, "my son just died" or "I had my dog put to sleep today" or "it's the anniversary of my daughter's death" or "I miscarried".
Plus, you get to see people smile that smile that only comes when they are surprised with a bouquet of flowers. Little kids, young girls, grandmothers, grandfathers, wives, college students, and people who are having a hard day at work until they see that someone sent them flowers.
And the smile is the same whether it's from someone in a mansion or a house that looks like it's about to fall down. It will make you smile. And you'll be reminded that we all aren't so very different from one another."
